A veteran of corporate boardrooms and indie publishing trenches, he built his reputation finding raw talent major houses wouldn't touch—writers too honest, bold, or committed to craft over committee. When not fighting distribution battles, he's at his desk until 3 AM, personally editing manuscripts that matter.

After beta reading for her friends, she decided to try her hand at editing for other writers.Charli’s previous experience has been as a Realtor, HVAC Business Manager, IT Office Manager, and freelance bookkeeper. Professional skills such as drafting strongly worded emails transition surprisingly well into writing – and editing – fiction.An animal lover and #boymom, she lives in SW Oregon with her Leg husband, two sons, an Arabian mare, and two Husky mixes who think they are hooman.

As an editor, Gilliane specializes in strengthening imagery and pace, enhancing character and world development, and ensuring technical consistency. While ambitious, her goal is simple: to help every author craft the best possible version of their story.
